Originally from Ukraine, Rimma has had a deep passion for beauty, fashion, and travel since childhood. Her journey into aesthetics began during her teenage years when she struggled with acne. Determined to find solutions, she started learning the basics of cosmetology, and her fascination with skincare and beauty grew from there. Over 20 years ago, Rimma began her professional career as an aesthetician in Ukraine, where she quickly developed a keen interest in advanced treatments like toxins and fillers. The impressive results fueled her passion, and these injections eventually became a cornerstone of her practice.

Rimma is highly skilled in the latest European techniques, continuously refining her craft to ensure she provides her clients with the most up-to-date, effective treatments available. Her dedication to learning is a driving force in her career, and she regularly seeks out new knowledge to stay ahead in the field of aesthetics.

After relocating to California to pursue her passion further, Rimma enrolled in a private medical school, graduating with high honors. As a registered nurse, she is committed to making her patients feel happy, confident, and excited about their results. Rimma’s approach revolves around creating personalized treatment plans for each client, ensuring their unique needs and desired outcomes are met with the highest level of care and precision.

Fluent in English, Russian, Turkish, Greek, and conversational Spanish, Rimma connects with a diverse range of clients, delivering exceptional, customized care in a way that makes everyone feel comfortable and understood.

Medical Director

Dr. Shadi Kranitz is a former Pediatric Oncologist turned aesthetic medicine expert, driven by both her medical background and personal experiences. She earned her medical degree from Lund University, one of Sweden’s top schools, before completing her residency in Pediatrics at Long Island College Hospital/Beth Israel Hospital in New York City. Dr. Kranitz then pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Pennsylvania State Children’s Hospital. Since 2012, she has been an Attending Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist at Loma Linda University Medical Center, where she has dedicated her career to treating young patients and supporting their families through complex medical journeys.

Her own battle with cancer, however, would eventually lead Dr. Kranitz to a new and transformative path in aesthetic medicine. After undergoing treatment, she experienced firsthand the premature aging effects caused by both the disease and its treatments. In seeking ways to restore her appearance while maintaining a sense of identity, Dr. Kranitz discovered the profound impact aesthetic treatments can have on one's self-confidence and sense of well-being. This personal experience ignited her passion for aesthetics and her desire to help others achieve natural, subtle results that feel authentic to them.

Dr. Kranitz brings a unique, compassionate perspective to her aesthetic practice, combining her extensive medical training with a deep understanding of her patients' emotional and physical needs. Her approach emphasizes natural, high-quality treatments tailored to each individual. Dr. Kranitz is especially passionate about helping former cancer patients, many of whom have journeyed with her through their medical challenges and now trust her with their aesthetic goals.
